All prices on this site are in USD (US Dollar). You won't find discounts or coupons that you cannot find on our goodies page. We do however offer first dibs in new collections and special discounts exclusively to Sweetie Mail subscribers! If you are interested, you can sign up at the bottom of this page!

You can choose to sign in to your Paypal account to pay or enter your credit card details on Paypal's secured page without needing to become a Paypal member.

We offer flat rate shipping, no matter how many items you purchase!
Usually, the shipping is a flat rate of $12.95 USD wherever you are in the world but it's only $6.95 this month! :)
Shipping is by registered post, that is, you will receive a tracking number for the package and it needs a signature on arrival.

Carefully inspected and packed
Every item is double inspected and then packaged carefully and securely before shipping. We also combine all items within an order to be shipped into one gift box, this helps us leave a smaller carbon footprint - by lowering the environmental impact caused by unnecessary packaging and fuel consumption in transportation.
When will I receive my package?
We ship Monday-Friday, if you place an order with us on a weekend, it will be shipped on the following Monday. Packages will ship within 48 hours from when your order is processed.
Order processing occurs once payment is approved and the delivery address is verified.
We ship Registered Post via Hong Kong Post so you can track the package. Added security is provided as it requires a signature on arrival. Shipping time is typically between 7-14 days to the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia & New Zealand.

Easy, Hassle Free Returns
Simply email us within 15 days of receiving your item for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and send back within 45 days.
There is no restocking fees or whatever else! No hassles! :)
Please note:
1. **Very important** You must email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and write this on the package before sending the package to us, otherwise we will not be able to process the exchange/refund. (If you are curious as to why, it's because we won't be able to know who sent us what, for what order and what it is for ...etc.)
2. All jewelry being returned must be in their original packaging and in new, re-saleable condition, all tags on the jewelry (if applicable) must be intact, items that have been worn, altered or damaged cannot be refunded or exchanged.
3. Remember to send the item using a secure method eg. registered mail plus a signature required on arrival, you don't have to, it's up to you, but remember this is to protect your interests, as we cannot be held responsible for items that you send that get lost in the postal system that we never received or otherwise damaged in the mail!
